Practice makes perfection.
During this week I’ve continued practicing some code exercises at codeWars and codeSignal, also keeping in mind all the concepts of the interviews and started a small project on React because for this phase the team that I’m going to contribute uses react and nodejs with express.
This small project is to change the content of an iframe for different customers that uses a call to an API to retrieve the content and display it on their website without changing code.
It also integrates the login with the google service and stores the session on a cookie to protect the routes and store the session just for 15 minutes, this is because when we built something from scratch I have the doubt about using google services to authenticate.
The information of the customer is stored in a relational database with the following body:
The iframe is going to be updated by the manager and the customer just needs to make the same call to the api and the manager is going to change the information. In this example the user Id is hardcoded just for testing purposes .
I built this project with a friend just for fun and to know more about the iframes also practice all that I learn about React during the second phase, in this case the Back was built with php by my friend, but I want to replicate it using Spring boot to practice my java course too. It has some bugs but it’s the best way to practice, fail understand why and solve it, it was a pretty fun week.
